Information We Collect and How We Use It

As part of the Service you may provide certain information to us like your name, email address, mobile phone number, payment information, and other personal information necessary to verify your and/or your phone number, as well as for us to provide you with customer support. In addition, the App automatically collects certain other information like your security code, password and login credentials, service related diagnostic and performance indicators, call records, network traffic numbers, phone or social network contact information, information about your device, mobile network, and your internet connection, IP Address, your visits to our Website and the websites you come from and go to next, device location information, other information from third parties that help us operate, provide and customize our Service.

You agree that we may use your email address and mobile number to send you transactional and relationship communications related to your account and your use of the Services (e.g., alerts, updates, faults) via e-mail and SMS . The App collects and processes information about demographics and usage of the Service that help guide and carry out WorldChat marketing activities.

Information usage in this category is general and in no way can be used to identify specific users, phone numbers, or email addresses.

WorldChat does not sell or license your information to third parties without your consent and WorldChat does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Share WorldChat

If you use our referral tools to inform a friend about our Service, the App requests you provide the friend’s phone number or email address to send out this specific information. The App does not record or reuse this information to market to the friend/recipient. Attachments are strictly forbidden and you expressly agree not to add any attachment to any correspondence sent via the App or Website. You also agree that you will not use these tools for any other purpose but to share this App service with others.

Some of our Services allow you to share information with others on a public basis. If you post information on a public feature of our Services or through social media sites, plug-ins or other applications, do not forget this information is public on our Services and, depending upon your privacy settings, may also become public on the Internet. Lastly, we may use external advertising companies to serve ads when you have visited the Website and/or downloaded the App. These companies may use information (but not information that includes your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to the Site and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Your details may be stored and processed any country in which WorldChat or the provider and its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities. By using the Services, you consent to any such transfer of the information outside your country.

We may occasionally ask you to provide information on your experiences of using the App or other parts of the Services which will be used to improve the quality and provision of the Services. You are under no obligations to provide any such information.

As a registered member, you can review and change personal information at any time by accessing your account on the App. Please be sure to update your personal information promptly if it changes or becomes inaccurate. Choices/Opt Out

If you wish to stop receiving marketing and promotional communications from us, follow the specific opt-out instructions contained in SMS or e-mail promotional messages or send an e-mail to Customer Service at In the case of SMS, you will be provided instructions to use the “STOP” command to cancel. In the case of e-mail, you will be provided the option to unsubscribe. You may also opt-out of receiving communications through your App. Please note that these opt-out choices do not apply to transactional or relationship communications that we may send from time to time and are considered part of the Services, unless you delete the App and deactivate your account.

WorldChat may share certain information, including email addresses and mobile phone numbers, with third parties like Google or Facebook for marketing, advertising and analysis purposes, including the delivery of advertising campaigns and preparing and sharing aggregate business and marketing reports, demographic profiling and to deliver targeted advertising about products and services. We request that all of these vendors and partners protect your information and limit their use of the data to the purposes for which it was provided.

Customer Proprietary Network Information CPNI

CPNI is information made available to us solely by virtue of our relationship with you that relates to the type, quantity, destination, technical configuration, location, and amount of use of the telecommunications and interconnected services you purchase from us, as well as related billing information. You have a right, and we have a duty, under federal law to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI.

We use and share your CPNI within the WorldChat group companies and with/to their agents, providers, contractors and partners for marketing purposes, including to offer you services that are different form the services you currently purchase form us. If you don´t want your CPNI used for the marketing purposes described above, please let us know by sending an email to Unless you notify us, we may use your CPNI as described above and your choice will remain valid until you notify us that you wish to change your selection. Your decision about use of your CPNI will not affect the provision of any Services your currently have with us.
